The Larder will be a 35-cover venue serving a sustainably sourced menu created by former Murano head chef Diego Cardoso.
Dishes will range from Cardoso’s freshly baked cinnamon rolls to Juiceman cold presses, homemade sausage rolls and sandwiches, St John’s doughnuts and plum jam cheesecake.
Freshly made pasta, olive oils, charcuterie and jams will be for sale alongside sourdough bread from Mikael Jonsson’s Michelin-starred Hedone.
Cubitt House runs a series of high-end pubs with rooms including The Orange in Pimlico and Marylebone's The Grazing Goat.
The Larder opens at Fitzroy Place, 8 Pearson Square on 17 February.
