Dina Spencer has been appointed head chef of Steak of the Art's latest restaurant in Southampton.
In her new role, the 23-year-old chef will be responsible for heading up the kitchen at the 130-cover steak restaurant and art gallery.
Spencer, originally from Southampton, said: "To be part of a totally unique and brand new restaurant is a very exciting prospect and I’m looking forward to showing the people of Southampton what a quality steak is all about.
“Daily specials will be seasonal and dependent on what is available from our suppliers which will include produce from Warson's Farm in Devon, Warren's butchers in Launceston and Fish for Thought in Cornwall.”
Steak of the Art Southampton, based at Admirals Quay, is the third site to join the Steak of the Art brand.
