BigHospitality visits Coast to Coast, The Restaurant Group's American restaurant chain, to find out how it operates and what is behind its success our latest In Operation with... video. 

At the company's recently revamped Trafford Centre, Manchester site, Coast to Coast managing director Angelo Gabrilatsou talks about how the restaurant chain was formed just over four years' ago with the intention of bringing authentic American food to the UK, its focus on fresh food and what being part of The Restaurant Group means to the business.

Gabrilatsou, who joined as managing director in September last year, also reveals the 22-strong estate's ambitious plans for growth as well as explaining how technology enables each site to run a smooth operation, why staff are considered 'family' and how it can confidently serve its burgers pink.
