A new trade show dedicated to the bar and pub industry is to run alongside this year's Restaurant Show.

The Bar & Pub Show, in partnership with The Publican's Morning Advertiser (PMA), will launch at Olympia in London on 3 October where it will bring together suppliers and members of the UK's pub and bar scene.

Dan Dixon, Bar & Pub Show event director said the show, which will run on the same days as its sister event The Restaurant Show, would offer commercial opportunities, knowledge development, culinary discovery and networking for anyone working in pubs and bars.

The trade only event is also designed to bring together exhibitors from across the sector and showcase a range of products and services. From mainstream to specialist food and drink suppliers, equipment, entertainment and technology providers, plus designers, specialists and many more.

“Food and drink remains at the heart of the bar and pub experience. Co-locating The Bar & Pub show with The Restaurant Show is the best possible way to cross fertilise ideas and – for our exhibitors – extend audience reach," he said.

Live events

The show's live events programme will be run by the editorial team at BigHospitality's sister publication The PMA, who will devise a programme to cover the issues that matter the most. Presentations, debates, workshops and tastings will also feature.

Attendees will also have access to The Restaurant Show, the Conscious Hospitality Show and Catering Equipment Expo.

The Bar & Pub Show will run alongside The Restaurant Show 3 to 5 October 2016 at Olympia, London. For further info, visit www.thebarandpubshow.co.uk
