Anand, who manages Southall-based family restaurant, The Brilliant, and runs specialist Indian cookery courses, has so far trained 30 of the food service provider’s chefs in a range of traditional dishes including Chickpea and Potato Curry, Makhani Chicken, and Paneer Jalfrezi.
In particular, the chef has revealed how to balance the use of Indian spices to deliver layered flavour profiles.
“This new partnership with Dipna Anand is key to our ethos of creating great food with the best ingredients for our clients,” Jeremy Ford, culinary director at Restaurant Associates said.
”London has such a diverse culture with international food outlets featuring strongly on our high streets. We are always looking for ways to develop our service and to deliver exceptional food and this new partnership brings a very authentic Indian offer to our customer base.”
As part of the ongoing partnership, Anand will make personal appearances at 12 pop up events arranged by Restaurant Associates.
“I had great fun during the training sessions,” Anand said. “The chefs showed such enthusiasm for the food and I look forward to seeing them replicate the recipes for our customers.”
