A regular on ITV’s Lorraine, Bee will serve up a range of ‘guilt free’ dishes free from refined sugar, additives and preservatives.
The restaurant forms part of a £2.5m renovation at the 96-bedroom Grade II listed stately home in Staffordshire.
Bee said: “I have worked with Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel over the last year to develop a menu that is nutritionally balanced, wonderfully flavoursome, and uncompromisingly good. I’m enormously excited to share it with everyone.”
Dishes will include Mexican Butterbean Hash, a range of stretch pizzas and Carrot Cake with Carrot Sorbet and Pumpkin Seeds.
Adrian Pearson, group managing director at Hoar Cross Hall said Bee’s restaurant would place the hotel at the ‘forefront of the healthy eating revolution’.
Bee suffered three heart attacks in a week 12 years ago, and credits her healthy diet as contributing to her survival.
Hoar Cross Hall was completed in 1871 and sits in over 50 acres of Staffordshire countryside.
