A spokesperson for the group told BigHospitality it has acquired two former Loch Fyne sites in Knutsford and Alderley Edge, which will open as a Brasserie Blanc Restaurant and a White Brasserie gastropub respectively later this year.
Both sites are approximately 15 miles south of Manchester, marking the chefs first openings in the area for six years after he closed Brasserie Blanc in the city in 2010.
Brasserie Bar Co first disclosed in February that it expected to add another two sites to its 17-strong portfolio later this year.
Writing in the group's financial statement, Mark Derry, CEO of Brasserie Bar Co, said there was ‘huge potential for further sites' across both its restaurant and gastropub brands.
It follows a major re-brand of the group’s venues in a bid to modernise and attract younger customers to the restaurants.
Blanc oversees the creative direction of the menus at Brasserie Blanc alongside running Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, his two Michelin-starred hotel and restaurant in Oxfordshire.
