Dale-Osborne
Dale Osborne is now executive chef at the Aqua Shard restaurant in London. He joins head chef Pip Sandrey and brings experience from previous roles at Hix Soho, Chiltern Firehouse, The Wolseley, Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner, The Goring, and Orrery. He has now created a new simple menu inspired by British modern cuisine, using local ingredients.
