Formerly confined to the West Country, the Stable has now arrived in London, bringing its simple blend of pizza and cider to the capital. Originally launched in Bridport by husband and wife team Nikki and Richard Cooper, it has now mushroomed across the UK to 14 sites, continuing to use local ingredients wherever it goes, adding a unique geographical flavour to each pizza. It also serves salads and pies, and aims to offer a relaxed, artistic atmosphere.
