The Brasserie Bar Co-owned firm is launching its fifth Surrey pub The Victoria in Oxshott on 10 May.
At 64-covers the restaurant will serve ‘traditional British pub food with a French twist’, such as Slow-cooked Boeuf Bourguignon with Mashed Potatoes; and Seared Cornish King Scallops.
The venue will also feature a 32-cover bar and a large terraced garden for outdoor dining.
Mark Derry, CEO of Brasserie Bar Co, said: “The Victoria is an established institution at the heart of the Oxshott community, and we look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy quality food and drink in a relaxing and welcoming environment.”
Brasserie Bar Co also owns the Brasserie Blanc restaurant group in partnership with Raymond Blanc.
The celebrity chef signs off all the menus at the chain alongside running his two Michelin-starred hotel and restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxfordshire.
