The London-based company has opened a 150-cover site at the former Fire Stables venue in Wimbledon.
Alongside the Shack's signature burger range, the concept will serve an enlarged menu with sharing plates such as Chicken Wings and ‘Dirty’ Fries with Chilli Pulled Pork.
Young’s currently operates Burger Shack’s at six pubs, with plans to open a further 14 in its existing venues by the end of 2018.
Patrick Dardis, Young’s incoming chief executive, said: "Whilst we are, and always will be, a food-led pub business, the Burger Shack concept allows us to create an engaging dining experience in those Young’s pubs with a younger more urban demographic.
“We have a number of pubs in Wimbledon and by creating something new we can offer locals a more varied range of dining and drinking options."
The first Burger Shack launched at Clapham’s The Windmill in May 2015, with the pub going on to win the Business Innovation of the Year accolade at this year’s Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs awards.
