Ben-Wheately---Head-Chef-La
Ben Wheately is the new head chef at the Lambton Worm restaurant, boutique inn and brewery tap in County Durham.
Since graduating from Derwentside College, Consett in 2009, Ben has held long-term positions at the four-star Slaley Hall in Hexham, the Black Horse restaurant in Beamish, as well as the luxury Borrowdale Gates Hotel in Keswick.
The ambitious 24 year old is planning to introduce a range of new British dishes 'with a twist' to the Lambton Worm's menu.
