The move will see Hendry-Pickup manage the growth of the firm’s 284-strong restaurant portfolio, which includes both the Prezzo and Chimichanga brands.
The group opened 23 sites in 2015 and is set to launch a further 20 new outlets across the UK and Ireland this year.
Hendry-Pickup brings more than 20 years’ experience to the role, having served as chief operating officer at Travelodge and previously operations director for Tesco in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Since launching its first restaurant in London in 2000, Prezzo has expanded to every major UK city.
It launched its first Irish site in Belfast earlier this year, after opening a further 11 UK restaurants from October 2015 – January 2016 alone.
