The awards, which are in their 14th year, comprise 17 categories across three sections: Promoting Careers, Atrracting and Developing People, and Best Employment Practice.

Individual awards include Best Work Experience Provider, Best Chef Development Strategy, Best Food and Beverage Strategy, Best Career Progression, Best Community Engagement, Best Employer, and Best Use of Digital Media.
Last year’s awarded prizes to companies such as the AccorHotels group, the Lancaster London hotel, Holiday Inn – Norwich, and drinks giant Diageo.

The Springboard charity seeks to help young people, the unemployed, and those facing barrier to work into sustainable employment within the hospitality, leisure, and tourism industries. It offers careers information, training, work experience opportunities, mentoring programmes, and teaching resources.
