Serviced apartment provider Skyline Worldwide is to open a new Art Deco-style property in London this year.

Carlow House will launch in a converted Edwardian-era warehouse near Regent’s Park in mid-July.

Guests will be able to book studios, one and two-bedroom apartments centred beneath a four-storey atrium with a domed roof.

The venue has been designed for business travellers and is within easy reach of both Euston and King’s Cross station.

Thiago Hahn, CEO of Skyline Worldwide, said: “With this latest addition to our portfolio Skyline has taken a major step towards becoming one of the largest serviced apartment operators in London over the next two years."

Skyline is fast expanding in the capital, having opened the Charrington Tower and Lincoln Plaza properties in Canary Wharf earlier this year.

The group said the developments demonstrated its ‘determination’ to grow within London.

Skyline operates over 105,000 apartments across 76 countries worldwide.

The UK serviced apartment sector is set to be one of fastest growing areas of hospitality over the next two years, with the number of units set to double by 2017.
