Revere Pub Company – the premium arm of Marston’s – is to launch a new brand and roll out its Lost & Found concept as part of a 'transformational' year for the group.

The new Foundry Project will offer artisan cocktails, sourdough pizzas and burgers in a ‘factory-style’ site, complete with distressed timber and aged metal walls.

The first Foundry 39 will launch on Edinburgh’s Queensferry Street in July, followed by a second venue later this year.

Revere is also set to roll out its garden-inspired Lost & Found bar concept to Leeds in August and Knutsford in September following its Birmingham debut.

Designed to evoke a ‘Victorian botanical hideaways’, both bars will serve up classic cockails, pizzas and Josper steaks.

Colin Sadler, managing director of Revere, said: “We are delighted to have expanded The Lost & Found following the huge success of Birmingham, and are excited to launch the new Foundry Project under the Revere umbrella with these four new sites.

“We are in discussions on further locations and believe 2016/2017 will be a transformational year for Revere.”

Revere currently runs a selection of 14 'premium' pubs across the UK.
