Hospitality networking association Arena will place its focus on pubs at its next event with Fuller's Inns managing director Jonathon Swaine talking about the sector's changing landscape.

The event at the George IV pub in Chiswick on 6 September has been designed to 'navigate and debate the changes, challenges and opportunities within the UK's vibrant and resilient pub sector'. 

Attendees will be given sector insight in a presentation by Horizons before a sit-down lunch and Swaine's keynote speech where he'll talk about the changing face of the pub customer, the customer experience, recruitment and retention, nurturing of talent and the delivery of 'innovative, great food'. 

The first 45 people to book tickets to the event will also be given a guided tour of Fuller's Griffin Brewery followed by a talk on craft beer and tasting session with Fuller's head brewer John Keeling.
