Anna Haugh has joined London Soho restaurant Bob Bob Ricard as executive chef. Haugh – pronounced ‘ha’ ‒ originally began her career at L’Ecrivain in Dublin, and since moving to London ten years ago has worked with chefs such as Shane Osborne at Pied à Terre, Philip Howard at The Square, and won three AA Rosettes as head chef for Gordon Ramsay’s London House.
