Alan Hill is now head chef at the Cavendish Hotel at Baslow, on the Chatsworth Estate. Professionally trained at the University of Derby, he has previously worked at the Michelin starred, four AA Rosette Juniper in Cheshire, as well as head chef position at The Box Tree in Ilkely and Holbeck Ghyll in Windermere. He was most recently chef patron at The Devonshire Arms at Beeley.
