From chef and manager cousins Ben Harvey and Dominic Borel, comes this new 40-cover Italian site in Bristol pitching itself as a laidback, neighbourhood haunt. As its name suggests, there is a strong emphasis on pasta, with all its dishes freshly-made made in-house every day. Dishes include many salad options as a starter, plus plates such as linguini salsicca carbonara, reginetti pasta with aubergine and goat’s curd, or pappardelle with ox cheek ragu for the main course.
