This is the second site for head chef and owner Matt Sworder. The Corner House Canterbury follows the original Corner House Minster (the now Michelin Guide-listed site in Sworder’s hometown). With 50 covers, this new venue specialises in sharing plates and British produce as much as possible, and also offers locally-produced wine and classic desserts such as lemon posset, with fruit purée.
