Under the supervision of chef Andrew Evans, whose previous experience includes Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Petrus, Murano and St John, Hatchetts is a 100-cover two-storey site in Mayfair, serving a relaxed-yet-refined British-style menu. Typical dishes include beef tartare with baby girolles, chargrilled octopus with confit potatoes, and wild sea trout with white butter sauce. Décor is Art Deco-style complete with wooden panelling, marble, and exposed brickwork.
