With design by Tom Dixon’s much-lauded studio (of Mondrian and Craft London fame in recent years), Bronte serves Pacific-Antipodean-style plates from executive chef Andrew Lassetter and head chef Jonathan Villar, previous colleagues of New Zealander chef Peter Gordon at London site Providores and Tapa Room. There is also a private dining room and outside drinking space.
