Pennyhill Park relaunches The Brasserie restaurant

The venue is designed to act as a more informal alternative to the hotel’s fine dining restaurant The Latymer, which is headed up by former Great British Menu finalist Matt Worswick.
The new-look Brasserie features three interactive cooking stations offering a changing menu throughout the day.
Guests will be able to choose from artisan breads and pastries during breakfast, salads and starters at lunchtime and a large selection of desserts and continental cheeses during lunch and dinner.
Julian Tomlin, general manager of Pennyhill Park, said: “The Brasserie refurbishment has given us the opportunity to offer a new and exciting selection of fresh and delicious dining options for our guests throughout the day, with something to suit everyone.
“We wanted to create a welcoming and friendly ambiance together with tantalising food, and based on our guest feedback so far we are thrilled with the results - it’s been a real hit.”
Pennyhill Park is part of the Exclusive Hotels and Venues group, which runs six country house properties and golf clubs in the UK, including South Lodge in Horsham and Lainston House near Winchester.
