Kicking off the selection with a real winner is the Mad Hatter's Afternoon Tea at the Sanderson hotel, London. Themed to coincide with the 150th anniversary of magical classic novel Alice in Wonderland, the tea includes a Ladybird Cake, Pocket-Watch Macaroons, and China Black Tea infused with blackcurrant, vanilla, caramel, citrus, bergamot, cornflowers and blue mallow flowers, served in dinky vials reminiscent of Alice's own 'Drink Me' bottles.
