Designed to celebrate Havana in the glamorous 1920's - 40's, Burlock will serve over 200 varieties of rum, cocktails and Latin spirits such as mezcal.
The 'cavernous' bar will feature a central ‘Grand House’ veranda area bookable for up to 40 guests, and a Havana-style barber shop doubling as a drinking area dubbed ‘The Sipping Salon’.
Guests will be able to snack on dishes ranging from Edible Grasshoppers to Brazilian Cheese Buns and Molasses Glazed Pork Ribs.
It is the latest addition to the Eric Yu-founded Breakfast Group's bar portfolio, joining Opium Chinatown, Salvador & Amanda, Jerusalem, and 68 and Boston.
The group is also planning to launch a sixth site, Over Easy, which will be a daytime eatery serving breakfasts and all day brunches alongside coffee, pressed juices and cocktails.
Burlock will open on London's Duke Street on 2 September.
