The 77-bedroom Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa has appointed Sean Melville as new executive head chef at its two AA Rosette restaurant Squires, which is open to residents and non-residents. Melville joins after a long career in central London that has included names such as The Ritz and The Dorchester.
