The 140-cover restaurant will open on the ground floor of the old Metal Box Factory on Great Guildford Street, close to the Tate Modern's new Switch House development on 31 October.
It will serve a selection of its globally-inspired dishes, created by founders and extensive travellers Miles Kirby, Laura Harper-Hinton and Chris Ammermann, such as Baked eggs with with tomato pepper ragout, Greek yoghurt & Aleppo chilli and Jalapeno corn bread French toast.
New dishes will also be added for the new site such as Lardo biscuits with wild soy wild mushrooms; Hot chilli crab claw, coriander & pickled lime; Mussels with ‘nduja, preserved lemon & oloroso and Farmers cheese, pickled green walnuts & cut comb honey.
As with its sister sites at Exmouth's Market and Granary Square at King's Cross, the South London site will also serve coffee made at its own roastery at King's Cross to drink in or takeaway.
The 4,000 sq ft site will also feature a marble-topped bar serving cocktails, coffee and a selection of daily bakes and house-made kombucha.
