Adam Thomason developed an addiction to the industry after completing work experience with Sat Bains while at school. He moved to Copenhagen when he was 18, opening his eyes to a new world of cuisine and being challenged to think about food from different angles while working with the team at Formel B.
Thomason currently works with Restaurant Associates at Deloitte where he oversees the whole catering operation, but spends the majority of his time in his favoured fine dining kitchen.
He says: "After years of working with fine dining food, it has become clear to me that my passion lies within creating food that is both exciting and stimulating to the palate. Creating memories and unique experiences that will never be forgotten, whilst guaranteeing the precise execution of each dish, is a challenge that continues to inspire me.
"Understanding and respecting the ingredients and using this knowledge to stir an excitement in the brigade, ensures that we will work together to create an ever-evolving kitchen that will exceed expectations."
