Alicia Storey is now head chef at Passford House Hotel in Lymington, near the New Forest. Storey, who began her career at a local pub aged 18, first became a head chef at the Balmer Lawn Hotel in 2009. She will now focus on using produce from the hotel's newly-revived kitchen garden and honouring its history, including championing seasonal crops such as heritage carrots, rainbow chard, yellow courgettes, tomatoes, runner beans, and rhubarb.
