Helen Carey and Kendall Zaluski met while working at Marcus Wareing’s two Michelin-starred restaurant at The Berkeley hotel in Knightsbridge.
Now the pair have teamed up to run Over Easy, serving breakfast, brunch, coffee and cocktails in London’s Marylebone.
Carey serves as restaurant manager while Zaluski is remaining in the kitchen as head chef.
The pair have travelled the world researching the menus, which feature Crispy Avocado Tostadas; Truffled Pain Perdu; and Dutch Baby Pancakes.
Cocktails include the Spicy Bloody Mary; and a signature Cold Brew and Espresso Martini.
It is the sixth opening from London-based bar and restaurant operator The Breakfast Group, which also runs Opium Chinatown and 68 & Boston.
The group launched its fifth site, Havana-themed rum bar Burlock, in Mayfair on 2 September.
Over Easy opened at 31 Duke Street on 12 September.
