Drew Snaith
Drew Snaith started his cheffing career in Sheffield working under chef John Parsons who he credits with teaching him 'the fundamentals of what it is to be a chef and how to work in the kitchen'.
He went on to work at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, honing his skills and learning about seasonality and sourcing before joining Brunswick House two years' ago as chef de partie and working his way up to his current role as sous chef.
"We are a very busy operation with a small team but I love the camaraderie that it brings to our working environment," he says. "I have always had an interest in cooking and have never wanted to do anything else.
"The YNCOTY competition has been great to network and to test myself in ways that extend beyond the normal day in the kitchen."
