A new Italian restaurant, Manitoba Tigella, is to open on London’s New Oxford Street, focusing on the tigella, a traditional disc-shaped stuffed bread from Northern Italy.
The M Restaurants group in London is looking to raise £1.5m in crowdfunding via the Seedrs online investment website, to aid the expansion of offshoot brand M Social.
This month has seen a blossoming of new openings, including Basque group Sagardi, a new Dirty Bones, Asian-style tapas site Tootoomoo Islington, and revamped classics Quo Vadis, Bluebird, and Cinnamon Soho.
