The country club at five-star hotel Luton Hoo Hall has appointed Marius Negru as its brasserie and bars manager.
Negru, who has experienced a wide variety of hospitality roles in his career, including management positions at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa, Disney Dream Cruise Ships and Giraffe Restaurants, will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within Luton Hoo’s country club, including Adam’s Brasserie restaurant, Adam’s Bar, the 19th Bar and room service.
He said: “I am excited to join such a great establishment with an amazing history and culture. Having high standards is what I’ve always enjoyed but being the best is something that I’m really looking forward to. I have a young and energetic team and together I believe we can exceed our guests’ expectations. Our freshly cooked, locally sourced, seasonal menu is carefully designed by Darren and his brigade in order to satisfy the most exigent palate.”
