Italian restaurant group Carluccio’s has appointed Gala Coral CEO Carl Leaver as its new non-executive chairman.
Leaver, will replace Simon Kossoff, who stood down in July, in driving forward the 119-strong restaurant group.
Prior to his role at Gala Coral, Leaver was director of international, home and e-commerce at Marks & Spencer and CEO of De Vere Group PLC.
Carluccio’s CEO Neil Wickers said: "With his international, leisure and retail background, I know Carl will be a fantastic addition to the team. I look forward to working closely with him as we take the business through its next stage of growth, both in the UK and overseas.”
