Vito-Ferrara
Italian chef Vito Ferrara has Mayfair restaurant Casa di Stefano as head chef.
Originally from Puglia, Ferrara began working in Sardinia at Cala Di Volpe 15 years ago before moving to London to work with Aldo Zilli at Zilli Fish and later Novikov where he rose through the ranks to become executive sous chef.
In his latest role he has the chance to work again on cooking Italian classics, taking inspiration from and sourcing produce from his home town of Puglia.
