Bōkan, a new restaurant and roof terrace from Aurelie Altemaire, former head chef at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, is to open at the 313-bedroom Novotel Canary Wharf hotel in January.
The chef proprietor of Japanese-style London site Shackfuyu, and Robert Ortiz, head of culinary development for the Lima Group, will hold two Nikkei-style events this November.
