The restaurant will take on a 3,325 sq.ft unit at the Two Rivers retail development in Staines, opening in spring 2017.
It will be the first Limeyard to launch since Cote bought the brand from serial restaurateur Richard Caring in January, alongside the four-strong Jackson & Rye group.
The restaurant will join chains including Wagamama, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Nando’s at the 380,000 sq.ft shopping centre development.
Simon Moscow of Aberdeen Asset Management, which has a 50 per cent stake in the Two Rivers scheme, said: “Limeyard will serve to enhance the already impressive food and beverage line up Two Rivers boasts.
“We have seen a real customer appetite for quality restaurants brands… and have been working closely with our joint agents to develop [a] morning to evening offer.”
Limeyard currently operates one all-day dining restaurant in Ealing, but Cote are looking to open further sites in the Greater London region.
The BC Partners-backed group is also planning to expand the New York-style Jackson & Rye concept, with openings lined in the City and Guildford.
Retail agent Lunson Mitchenall secured the Limeyard site at Two Rivers on behalf of Aberdeen Assett Management.
