The 60-cover restaurant spans the basement, ground floor and first floor, and is on the site of what was an Urban Diner.
Founded in the US by John and Jan Ordway, Jules Thin Crust has ten sites across the States, and offers thin-crust, crispy base pizzas made with organic ingredients. Toppings are along the lines of roasted aubergine, Portobello mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and Kalamata olives.
The group also places especial priority on creating a positive work environment for staff.
The 2,100 sq ft site was secured by restaurant agent Restaurant Property.
