From Kurt Zdesar, the restaurateur behind top London concepts Chotto Matte and Black Roe, comes this new Italian concept in London's Marylebone, centred on organic, high-end produce served in a relaxed, Italian trattoria style. With group executive chef Jordan Sclare and Italian chef Stefano Stecca, the menu's focus is on chargrilled meat and homemade bread, and the idea of a 'forge' - a central charcoal oven.
