Margot, Paulo de Tarso and Nicolas Jaouën's joint venture finally opened its doors for business this month after months of hard work to realise their vision.
Situated in Covent Garden, the Italian restaurant from the seasoned hospitality professionals is designed to be a 'true celebration of seamless service, refined interiors and the authentic food of Italy' with a menu created by executive chef Maurizio Morelli.
The carefully curated selection of dishes span expertly sourced cured meats, carpaccio and tartare dishes, salads, homemade pasta and a range of meat and fish main courses. Reflecting the restaurant’s service-led ethos, many dishes will be available in two portion sizes to allow for a flexible dining experience.
Designed by Fabled Studio, the 104-cover two-storey restaurant's interiors feature an 'elegant yet contemporary palette of deep blues, pale marble and copper accents throughout'.
