Counter-Kitchen
Counter Kitchen, an all-day eatery for 'mindful foodies' has opened in Clerkenwell.
Co-founded by finance and branding experts Benjamin Meyer and William Heath, the concept, which focuses on serving dishes using 'nutrient rich ingredients', offers a space in which to eat, think and socialise.
The restaurant serves 'warming bowls' - all-in-one hot meals, salads and soups with the menu created by music producer-turned chef Matt Edwards. Cold press juices, coffees, biodynamic wines, beers and ciders are also available.
Plans for further locations for the fledgling brand are already being made.
