The group is investing £1.2m in launching a 150-cover 5,500 sq.ft bar in the city’s Greek Street in March 2017.
Designed to bring ‘a taste of New York’ to Yorkshire, Manahatta will feature a similar 'downtown chic' style to its sister Leeds site with an extended food menu.
Martin Wolstencroft, CEO of Arc Inspirations, said the group was creating a brand it could open in other cities in the future.
“The expansion cements our reputation as pioneer of innovating dining and drinking experiences in the north of England, and I’m confident we can continue to offer the people of Leeds a fantastic experience every time they visit an Arc Inspirations site,” he said.
Typical dishes at Manahatta include burgers, deli sandwiches and steaks, with cocktails created by mixologist Mark Austin.
The new opening follows the success of the original Manahatta, which launched in Leeds two years ago.
It comes after the company secured a £1.5m Growth Capital Loan from Santander Bank in March to expand its hospitality portfolio.
Arc Inspirations was founded in 1999 and currently operates 15 bars and restaurants across the north of England.
