22 Farmer Butcher Chef
The restaurant within Goodwood Hotel has been re-named and refocused to champion produce from the West Sussex estate. Inspiration for the new restaurant comes from the relationship between farmer Tim Hassell, butcher John Hearn and chef Darron Bunn who are working together to create the frequently-changing and diverse menu that showcases Goodwood’s farm produce. The restaurant is also one of the first in a group of nationwide venues to receive The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts ‘Sustainable Food Philosophy Seal’.
