Yard Sale Pizza, which originally opened in Clapton in 2014, is to open its third site in north London’s Walthamstow in February 2017.

The group, which was founded by Hackney residents Johnnie Tate and Nick Buckland, also has a site in Finsbury Park that opened in June this year.

The new site, at Hoe Street Walthamstow, is to introduce a weekend brunch menu exclusive to the new site, alongside its usual menu of handmade pizzas with double fermented dough.

The weekend brunch will include a garlic, rosemary and sea salt pizza bread served with a ‘dippy egg’, available with or without Marmite. There will also be a range of giant 18-inch brunch pizza specials.

Pizza options will include the ‘Holy Pepperoni’ with pepperoni and crumbled n’duja sausage; the ‘TSB’, with broccoli, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil, or the ‘Cheesus Walks’, with smoked cacetto, gorgonzola, mozzarella and parmesan, plus walnut pesto.

There will also be a selection of homemade dips, salads, and sides, such as the cheese and Marmite garlic bread. Desserts include Italian-style ‘Nonna’s gelato’, plus fresh brownies and salted toffee apple, while the drinks selection includes a range of London beers, Borough Wines, and soft drinks.

With the interior created by Fettle interior designers, the building has many original features, such as original brickwork and windows. There will be a dining room at the back, while the front will have a takeaway counter plus stool seating.

There will also be an outdoor ‘yard’ with tables, to suit the group’s namesake, and the first 'yard' since the group first began in owner Johnnie's back yard in 2013.
