The hotel management firm signed 16 new contracts and opened four hotels at the end of 2016, including the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Kingston-upon-Thames and a ‘new generation’ Holiday Inn Express in Stockport.
It also renovated and re-launched the DoubleTree by Hilton in Swindon and Crowne Plaza Felbridge hotel under new brands.
The signings bring Interstate’s total UK managed portfolio to 64 sites under franchise agreements with groups including IHG, Hilton, Accor and Marriott.
