Luke Findlay (L) is now head chef at the Hopscotch restaurant and bar on London's Brick Lane. He joins from burger group Patty & Bun, where he spent the last three years as head of development. Previous to that, he worked as chef at Nopi, The Hand & Flowers and The Square. He will join with Hopscotch founder, Jonathan Cowley (R - and previously at the Chick n’ Sours and Street Feast groups) to "shake up the menu" come February.
