Bradley Lean is the newly appointed executive chef at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool, bringing with him career experience including London's Dorchester Hotel, the Four Seasons in Toronto, world-class cruiseliners (including the QE2), and at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. He has also worked at the Chester Grosvenor, and took his first executive chef role at the Doubletree hotel in Chester. He said: "I've simplified the food and the number of components, and there's some firm favourites and home comforts in there. I want make us the number one venue in the North West."
