Borough Plates
Borough Market has opened its own restaurant, Borough Plates, serving dishes created entirely from produce sold by its own traders.
Running for two months until 17 March, the site will see a rotating line-up of guest chefs working with chef Paul Hannagen's private dining firm Cuisson to create the menus.
Dishes are priced from £6-£16 and include charcuterie from Cannon & Cannon; Red Mullet caught by Sussex Fish; and a Raw Milk Pannacotta from farmers Hook and Son.
