Nusa Kitchen, the three-strong London-based East Asian restaurant group, is opening a further three restaurants in London this spring.

The concept, started by mother and son team Patou and Mark Cox in 2004, has secured a 15-cover site on Masons Avenue in Moorgate and a 40-cover site on Fetter Lane which will open on 20 February and 13 March respectively.

A third site, at Principal Place in Shoreditch will open later this year, doubling the size of the estate which currently comprises sites at Adam’s Court, Cannon Street and Queen Victoria Street.

Nusa Kitchen in Moorgate will serve the company's traditional Asian soups, salads rice boxes as well as new creations from the recently launched breakfast menu while the larger Fetter Lane site will open from breakfast until 9pm. Both sites will see the introduction of more vegetarian and vegan

Nusa Kitchen creative director Patou Cox, who takes most of her influence from well-guarded family recipes that she learnt while growing up in her native Singapore, said: “In the 13 years since my son and I opened the first Nusa Kitchen we have seen the business develop and evolve into the successful authentic East Asian restaurant group it is today.

"We are now incredibly excited to see Nusa Kitchen move forward and develop our offering further, whilst maintaining our current reputation as a welcoming and friendly environment, serving some of London’s best authentic East Asian cuisine."
